Hello Ana,
Deep sea fish is not recommended until your baby is 16 months old. Also, we do not recommend, tuna, swordfish or shark because of their high concentrations of mercury more than once a week.
So, why not wait a while.
Hello Maribel,
The thing is, when you don’t have enough time, freezing baby’s food is the best option but you should take into account that it should be allowed to cool down before freezing. Also we recommend you label the contents with a date. Be aware that, once it has been defrosted, do not refreeze. It can stay frozen for four to six months before it needs to be discarded.
If your time is at a premium, you may decide MI MENU Menu is a good option because it provides a complete and nutritional meal, created under the guidance of professional nutritionists and do not contain any artificial colouring, flavouring, or preservatives. In addition, you do not have to worry about storage.
I hope this answers your question. Remember, we are always here to help you. Kind Regards.
Hello Silvana,
Nutritionists never recommend honey until one year old because honey can induce botulism. This is an illness which does not occur often but has the potential to be fatal due to the bacteria it produces in the intestine of your baby. So, I would wait before introducing it to be safe.
Also sweetening or artificially flavouring your baby’s food is not recommended at all because it is unhealthy and can lead to the baby developing a “sweet tooth”.
I hope this helps, cheers.
