Cod is a tasty white fish to introduce your baby to fish. You may, however, substitute whiting for the cod. Be careful that you have removed all the bones. A recipe ideal for lunch or dinner
Procedure
- Boil the cod in the water and add the peeled vegetables and bay leaf.
- Once cooked soft, put all the vegetables in the blender with the cod and add some of the water.
- Blend all to the desired consistency.
