From four months of age, milk should be an accompaniment to their diet. From one year old,we should see the end of the adjustment phase and their daily diet should be balanced with all the products recommended for young children.
The introduction of new foods should be done one at time with some days in between each. This way we can observe possible allergies or adverse reactions that may appear, such as Diarrhoea, vomiting or flatulence.
When your baby’s diet doesn’t exclusively consist of milk, we can start using mineral water in small quantities during their daily routine, either with a bottle or a cup.
Try to use salt in moderation and avoid sugars or artificial colorings when making your baby’s food.
