This is a dish which is high in protein. You may substitute chicken, cod or sole for the monkfish, always taking care there are no bones. Ideal for lunch and dinner
Procedure
- Boil the egg and peeled vegetables in water
- Once cooked, set aside the vegetables and the egg yolk
- Cook the monkfish in a pan
- Blend all to the desired consistency for your baby.
- Once cooled, add the olive oil.
