Purée of vegetables and quinoa

Quinoa is a gluten-free cereal, very high in energy and rich in Omega3 and can be used as an alternative to rice. The above vegetables are a suggestion only, you may use whatever you feel suitable. Always blend the ingredients well so that it is easy for your baby to digest. You may use a cup of milk with this recipe as a desert.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure

  1. Clean and peel the vegetable and slice into pieces.
  2. Place the ingredients in a saucepan and boil together.
  3. Save the water.
  4. Boil the quinoa for 15 minutes and save the water.
  5. Blend together the vegetables and quinoa together adding milk.
  6. Once cool, serve with the olive oil.
