Mashed potato with milk and oats

You can serve this dish on its own or as an accompaniment to other dishes. It is a perfect introduction to solid food. As a meal, it would compliment the desert of compote of fruit.

 

 

 

Procedure

  1. Peel the potato, dice it and boil until soft
  2. Mash it with a fork and add the milk and oatmeal until it thickens.
  3. Put in a saucepan, boiled potato, milk and oats; if the consistency is too thick, add a little water cooking the potato.
  4. Finally, add the olive oil or butter.
